He has a Masters in Business Administration( MBA) from the University of Liverpool, with focus on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Markets.

Mr Okpere had a successful career in Chevron Nigeria, where he rose to management level before taking an early retirement to redirect his energy to buildings. His major focus on retirement are construction, remodeling, renovations and conservation engineering development projects.
Before coming onboard to Cresta , Mr Okpere worked was the immediate past Managing Director of the Edo State Public Building and Maintenance Agency which he pioneered. His role included overseeing and supervising all the building projects by the government.
Mr Okpere is also the founder and Chairman of Raybok Development and Construction Company Limited, which has built and developed many commercial and residential projects across Nigeria. This laid the groundwork for his comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of building construction, property development, management, and investment. He has further honed his skills through continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
